Packing
Friday 14th December 2001 (HMG) - [Put online December 14th 2001]
It's now 03:15am and Augusto is picking us up in less than two hours. Here is what has happened so far...
Finnur spent the better part of the night watching TV which was great since...
... that left ME to do the packing. Guys take note here, females LIKE to do
the packing! And besides, Finnur did almost all the other things that needed
to get done so it was my turn to be active.
Ahh... the important things - The Flight Tickets. We're taking Northwest flight 28 from SFO to MSP
at 8:35am (if anybody wants to keep track), and then we're taking Icelandair flight 652 from
MSP to KEF at 6:55pm, MSP time. We'll be landing in KEF at 7am Icelandic time (GMT).
The first flight is 3:30 hours long and the second one is 6 hours long. Our wait time in Minneapolis is 5 hours. Fun!!
Finally, we're all packed and this is what we're taking home.
Usually we only manage to fill the bigger black bag, but due to Christmas
presents we had to dig out our emergency Adidas bag too... :)
Well, maybe I'll go and take a catnap now before Augusto shows up. Or a shower! And I'm looking forward to hearing from everybody when they reach home! :)
